THE GURU ACCEPTED WAY OF AUTHENTICATING AND CERTIFYING GURBANI, NANAK JYOT AND SUCCESSOR TO NANAK GURGADEE
The GURU Kaal Acceptance Formality – How Gurbani is authenticated and the Nanak Jyot successor is appointed – so that IMPOSTERS and Kachi Banee can be identified and removed.
Since the Time of the Sucession of Guru Nanak Ji was to be decided, and two contendors to the Gurgadee of Nanak were in the forefront with their claim solely based on Blood Line/blood relations…Guur Nanak ji ESTABLISHED the Guiding Principle that Gurgadee succession and Nanak Jyot pass on is based solely on MERIT and NOT on Blood relations. This was shown by the succession of Bhai Lehnna Ji to Guru Angad sahib Ji to the exclusion of the two sons of Guru Nanak Ji.
This same Formula was then used in the exact same way by the nine successors until Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the Final and last Living Human Guru.
The Same Acceptance rule was adopted for the acceptance, authnetication of Gurbani – Sacred Writings of the Gurus. This was necessary becasue simialr to physical blood line claimants to the Gurgadee, there were also False Compositions being written and passed off as “Gurbani”.
This problem had reached such a highly dangerous position at the time of the Third Nanak, Guru Amardass Ji, that Mahalla 3 had to warn against this KACHEE BANEE in writing. This warning is included in the Bani Anand sahib.
A Further SADEGUARD against the widespread “Kachi bani” phenomenon was the Decision of the True Successors of Guru Nanak ji to avoid using their own names but to stick to using ONLY NANAK in all their compositions.
When the False impostor Gurus on rival gadees also began to misuse this and write Kachi banee using the NANAK CHHAAP…..The Fifth Nanak Guru Arjun Ji Sahib further sought to contain this virulent disease by Putting all AUTHENTIC SACHEE GURBANI in one Bound Volume,The AAD GRANTH and sealed with His Signature, Mundawnnee seal and tied together by a unique numbering and accounting system that has successfully defended the AAD GRANTH against any alterations and additions etc till today.
The Final living human Guru , Guur Gobind Singh Ji completed the Final Edition of the AAD GRANTH by adding the Sachee banee of His father, the Ninth Nanak Guru Teg bahadur Ji and retained the Original SEAL of Guru Arjun Ji and sealed the GURU GRANTH SAHIB Ji and installed this as the ETERNAL SHABAD GURU of Sikhs for all time and ended human Guruship.
Very important points to note:
1. ONLY the True GURU is authorised to add Sachee banee and pass it to His successor Guru.
2. Each successor GURU authenticated the sachee Banee received from His Predecessor Guru.
3. Guru Arjun Ji authenticated and sealed the sachee banee of the First Four Guru Nanaks as well as Sachee Banee written by Himslef. Sachee banee by bghats, sheikhs etc collected and verified by GUru Nanak Ji was reaffirmed and reverified by GURU ARJUN Ji for inclusion in the AAD GRANTH.
4. Guru Hargobind sahib (6th nanak), Guru har Rai (7th nanak) and Guru har Kishan Ji (8th nanak) DID NOT COMPOSE ANY SACHEE BANEE.
5.BUT..Kachee Banee was indeed composed by the Rival Bloodline Claimants to the Nanak Gurgadee such as Mehrban, Dhirmall etc and this False kachee banee was indeed distributed under the Fake Mahalla 6, and Mahla 7 !!
6. The Final Decision to add Sachee banee composed by 9th Nanak, Guru Teg bahdur Ji was decided by the 10th Nanak, Guru Gobind Singh ji.
7. This Final additions to AAD GRANTH by Guru Gobind Singh Ji resulted in the AAD GRANTH becoming the GURU GRANTH in 1708.
8. Guru Gobind Singh ji DID NOT ADD any of His Compositions to the SGGS

9. Its CLEAR THAT THE authority to declare ANY COMPOSITION AS sachee gurbani RESTS only with the guru. NO OTHER CAN DECIDE ON THIS VITAL QUESTION.
10 GURU GOBIND SINGH JI PRACTICALLY REARRANGED THE ENTIRE AAD GRANTH... because The 9Th nanak Guru Teg bahdur ji composed Gurbani in 31 Raags..one more than any one else. This entailed placing this Gurbani in each Raag from Sri Raag itslef…right through the 30 raags and then one final raag Jaijawnatee that only Guru Teg bahdur Ji used.
11. But..Guru Gobind Singh Ji DID NOT EVEN TOUCH THE FIRST 13 PAGES OF THE AAD GRANTH, WHICH 13 PAGES ARE THE NITNEM AS ORDAINED BY GURU ARJUN JI. THIS IMPORTANT DECISION IS SOLID PROOF THAT GURU GOBIND SINGH JI ACCEPTED THE ORIGINAL NITNEM OF JAPJI SAHIB, REHRASS AND SOHILA AS PLACED IN THE MOST PROMINENT POSITION AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF SGGS.
12. GURU GOBIND SINGH JI ALSO DID NOT TOUCH THE MUNDAWNNEE MH 5: SEAL AND FINAL SLOK PUT IN PLACE BY GURU ARJUN JI TO FINALISE THE AAD GRANTH. GURU GOBIND SINGH JI RETAINED THE MUNDAWNNEE MAH 5 AND THE CONCLUDING SLOK TERA KITA JATOH NAHI AS THE FINAL SEAL AND FINALISATION OF THE BIGGER GURU GRANTH SAHIB.
13. Eminent Sikh scholars and Gursikh Bhai Gurdass ji, writer par excellence himslef author of 40 vaars and many kabits and swiyahs was commissioned by Guru Arjun Ji to be the SCRIBE of the AAD GRANTH. Bhai Gurdass ji DID NOT ADD even one TUK of his or any other compositions to the AAD GRANTH. The ONLY ONE to decide what to add..was GURU ARJUN JI.
14. Eminent Sikh Scholar par excellence and Gursikh, Bhai mani Singh was commissioned by GURU GOBIND SINGH Ji to REWRITE the AAD GRANTH and INCLUDE the Gurbani of Guru Teg bahadur Ji in it to produce the New bigger GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI. Again, Bhai Mani Singh ji did not add even TUK of any outside composition into the SGGS Ji. The ONLY one to decide what to INCLUDE was GURU GOBIND SINGH JI.
15. DESPITE ALL THESE PRECEDENCE AND PROOFS THAT ONLY THE GURU SAHIB JI CAn DECIDE WHATS GURBANI……..ITS sad to see many Sikhs being MISLED into beleiving in Fake Letters from Bhai Mani Singh Ji, and Fake 41st vaars by Bhai Gurdass Ji …etc etc..that there is indeed SACHEE GURBANEE OUTSIDE THE SGGS.
16. THE UNASSAILABLE TRUTH IS THAT GURBANI IS ONLY FROM THE GURU, BY THE GURU AND OF THE GURU…AND TODAY THAT GURU IS SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI – ONE AND ONLY GURU. NONE OTHER.

This CERTIFICATIOn and AUTHENTICATION followed this IRON CLAD SYSTEM…..and GURU ARJUN Ji then PUT all Nanak JYOT Certified, Authenticated GURBANI into the Bound and Sealed AAD GRANTH and named it POTHI SAHIB PARMESHAR KA THAAN.
Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji DID NOT WRITE a single tuk of GURBANI.
GURU HAR RAI ji also Never wrote a Single TUK of Gurbani.
Guru har Kishan JI also NEVER worte a Single Tuk of Gurbani.
BUT do we SIKHS not consider them also as GURU and repositories of Nanak JYOT ??

YES..HAAN JI…GURU GOBIND SINGH JI CERTIFIED THE GURBANI OF NINTH NANAK JYOT GURU TEG BAHADUR JI…AND SINCE GURU TEG BAHADUR JI WROTE BANEE IN EACH AND EVERY RAAG…..GURU GOBIND SINGH JI OF NECESSITY HAD TO REARRANGE THE ENTIRE AAD GRANTH BY GURU ARJUN JI DECADES EARLIER…..SINCE MAHALLA 9 HAS TO BE ADDED AT THE RIGHT PALCE IN THE ORDER SPECIFIED BY GURU ARJUN JI IN THE ORIGINAL KARTARPURI BIR OF AAD GRANTH.

2. THE DIRST 13 PAGES OF SGGS ARE ACTUALLY VARIOUS SHABDS TAKEN FORM VARIOUS RAAGS SPRINKLED THROUGHOUT THE SGGS AND SELECTED TO BE PALCED TOGETHER IN THE FIRST 13 PAGES IN ONE PLACE.
3. THESE SELECTED SHABADS FROM VARIOUS RAGS ARE ALSO FOUND WRITTEN (SECOND TIME) IN THEIR CORRECT AND APPROPRIATE PLACES IN THE RAAGS.
FINAL AND MOST IMPORTANT POINT. GURU GOBIND SINGH JI ALSO DID NOT CHANGE THE FINAL CLOSING SEAL AND SLOK PUT IN PLACE BY GURU ARJUN JI IN AAD GRANTH.
THIS MEANS THAT GURU GOBIND SINGH JI SEALED THE SGGS WITH THE EXACT SAME SEAL OF MUNDAWNNWEE MAHALLA PANJVAHN AND CONCLUDING SLOK TERA KITA JATOH NAHIN…WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY PLACED IN THAT FINAL STAGE BY GURU ARJUN JI.
GURU GOBIND SINGH JI THEN FOLLOWED THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM BEING CARRIED ON BY THE NANAK GURGADEE AND JYOT BY CERTIFYING AND AUTHENTICATING THE NEXT SUCCESSOR GURU – SRI GURU GRANTH SHAIB JI MAHARAJ AS THE FINAL GURU AND NANAK JYOT.
GURU GOBIND SINGH JI ADDED ONLY THE GURBANI OF THE NINTH GURU AND NONE OTHER COMPOSITIONS. PERIOD.

THE ABOVE NARRATIVE PROVES THAT ONLY THE GURU HAS THE RIGHT TO WRITE/ADD/EDIT/DELETE/ GURBANI AND SINCE GURU GOBIND SINGH JI IS THE LAST AND FINAL HUMAN GURU HE HAS ABIDED BY THIS NANAK JYOT/NANAK GUGADEE SYTEM AND OBSERVANCE VERY STRICTLY.
NO SIKH, HOWEVER HOLY or uchee avstha ever added any “gurbani” during the Living GURU TIMES…..Bhai GURDASS ji or Bhai mani Sigh ji WROTE EXACTLY what GURU JI instructed them to WRITE. Neither Bhai Gurdass ji or Bhai mani Singh ji attempted to een ADD one tuk that was not approved by GURU JI.
why are certain sikhs today trying to USURP the GURU RIGHT to add the title “GURBANI” to writings that are NOT accorded this Title by the GURU in 1661 and 1708 ??
This USURPATION OF GURU AUTHORITY by dropping names of sants brahmgyanis gyanis etc etc is the ROOT of the present conflict.
